Arushi is a practicing Advocate at Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, with over 6 years of experience in corporate law, constitutional law, and administrative laws. Arushi is currently empaneled with the esteemed Office of the Official Liquidator, Gujarat High Court, and State Bank of India.
Arushi holds a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law and have had the privilege of practicing before the Supreme Court of India as well as various high courts across the country.
Arushi’s major areas of specialization are litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory, with expertise in commercial disputes, contractual enforcement, intellectual property rights, insolvency proceedings, and regulatory compliance.
Arushi have a varied experience of representing more than 700 clients in the short span of 6 years before various Courts, Tribunals, Arbitral Centres (both International and Domestic) and other judicial forums across India, providing strategic legal counsel and dispute resolution services, which has laurelled Arushi with a wide experience of providing a tailored representation in mitigating disputes and litigations for large corporates and high profile individuals.
